Tuesday!
Joined WW...and I am 3# DOWN!!! Now at 195 - in the middle of the day!!!! I am ecstatic!!!! This means 20 pounds to goal.
Today, ate 23 points worth of food
bariatric foods, soy chips, tonight 1.33 c turkey and rice plus 2 c bok choy
Exercise: 80 minutes of fast pedaling up hills after work.
This morning: 24 push ups, 150 crunches on my ball, about 10 minutes of restorative yoga.
