Breakfast 1 cup Wheat Chex 1+ cups 1% milk 1/2 grapefruit 1/2 cup egg substitute Coffee 2 cups water AM Snack 8 oz. Breyer's Probiotic Yogurt 2 cups water Lunch 1 cup low fat cottage cheese with 3 Tbsps. sugar free preserves 1 cup heated green beans with 1 Tbsp. margarine 1 peach 1 sugar free Jello cup 4 graham crackers 2 cups water Dinner 4 oz. chicken breast with 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce & parmesan cheese 1 cup spaghetti with sauce & cheese 1 can vegetable soup 1/2 cup light fruit ****tail, drained & rinsed Crystal Light peach ice tea Evening Snack 1/2 cup light vanilla ice cream I've been reading all the fine information about obesity and how to combate it.
