Breakfast
1 orange
1 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1+ cups 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 pita breads with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. salad dressing
1 peach
6 oz. low sugar, nonfat yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
1 thigh leftover Riviera Chicken with vegetable sauce
1/2 can pineapple chunks
2/3 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
Crystal Light peach ice tea
