198.8 at the doctor today - AND it's my period. I am pretty excited. That is another 1.8 pounds down from last week, and i'm betting that actually I weigh more like 196 - water weight from my period. I am so inspired - that means 21-23 pounds to get to 175 goal!!!!! Food totals today per Fitday: Totals 1420 24 g fat 156g carbs 142g protein 16% total fat I had bariatric foods, 1/2 black bean/beef burrito, and tonight: boiled shrimp, okra & tomatoes, red beans and rice. Exercise: 2.25 hour bike ride - moderate pace = 1060 calories burned

NEECEE THAT IS AWESOME!!!!! I am soo very excited with you. I agree that your are probably lower considering it's your TOM. I read on a site that a fit woman gains 3-5 lbs and an overweight can gain as much as 10lbs. You are doing amazing and a 2.25 hour bike ride !!! Girl , I can't hang with you!! lol Be Blessed
