198.8 at the doctor today - AND it's my period. I am pretty excited. That is another 1.8 pounds down from last week, and i'm betting that actually I weigh more like 196 - water weight from my period. I am so inspired - that means 21-23 pounds to get to 175 goal!!!!!

I had bariatric foods, 1/2 black bean/beef burrito, and tonight: boiled shrimp, okra & tomatoes, red beans and rice.
