Deviated - Abstinence Day 9
I deviated at lunch time. It won't happen next Sunday, if I can help it. Still, I remained abstinent.
Breakfast
4 small buckwheat pancakes with honey, margarine, and light syrup
1/2 cup orange juice
1+ cups 1% milk
1 scrambled egg
1 mug hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch (from Rally's)
Barbeque bacon beef with cheese sandwich
Small fries
Apple pie
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg and wing
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1 can New England clam chowder
1+ cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
2 graham crackers
I resisted eating chocolate chip cookies at church today. It was hard!

started my day with a protocino - 80 cal
2 hrs later:
lo carb bar = 150 cal

1/2 grill chicken with pesto sandwich (had 1 ounce of fresh mozz on it 0 yum!)
big green salad with balsamic dressing
2 hrs later:
lo carb bar
tonight:
1/2 huge black bean shred beef burrito
diet pepsi
about 1250 calories per Fit day, perfectly balanced carb, fat, pro
Right now is hard as i type this - hungry, but i will not eat before bed!
Tomorrow: major bike ride - 3 hours, fast as i can do it.
