Sleepy Saturday - Abstinence Day 8
Breakfast
1 whole grain English muffin with 1 tsp. margarine
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 banana
1 mug hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 slices toasted 7-grain bread with 2 slices American cheese melted on them
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups water
Dinner
1 thigh Riviera chicken in vegetable sauce
2/3 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
17 grapes
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
3 cups microwave popcorn
1 large Slimfast bar
2 cups water

Hi Denise,
I'm hiding out at home at the moment avoiding the birthday cake/ice cream which is over at my other sister-in-law's house next door. I stayed at the party (for a 3-year-old****il they broke out the food, then I cut and ran! Left the hubby and daughters there to enjoy it.
Here's my plan for today:
Breakfast - South Beach protein bar
Brunch - South Beach chicken Caesar wrap
Lunch - 2 bacon-wrapped turkey filets
Afternoon Snack - Caesar salad
Dinner - Caesar salad
I've already gotten 80 oz of water in, so doing okay in that area (tons of protein today too). Did 52 minutes on the treadmill early this morning and managed to carve 2 hours out of my day to spend at the gym doing the elliptical/recumbent & upright bikes/weight machines.
I have a party to go to this evening though (at the dog training club), so I'm going to try to have my last salad right before walking out the door so I don't give in to any further temptations.
