1 cup heated green beans with 1 tsp. margarine
1 peach
2 slices toasted 7-grain bread with 1 tsp. margarine
6 oz. low sugar, nonfat yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
1 dinner size Lean Cuisine
2 graham crackers
2 cups water
