Weight loss update
Hello everyone...........sorry I haven't been around for a while.
I've been on this low carb, high protein diet for about 3 weeks now, and I've lost about 12 lbs.
I've been eating FAGE yogurt in the mornings (with some berries, and very little Fiber One cereal)
Lunch is usually a salad, or some sort of protein
Sometimes left overs from dinner the night before (chicken, or cutlets, etc....)
Dinner - a vegetable and a protein
I've been staying away from the sweets - I have sugar free Jello with Cool Whip once in a while. Me not eating donuts, and other cakes for 3 weeks has been a true miracle.
I am still taking 2 water pills a day, and 4 pottasium pills; and I drink lots, and lots of water too (Crystal Lite too.)
I am going back to my doctor on Feb 14th - I will you guys updated.
I am also going on vacation (Cozumel, Mexico) for a week, 2/17 - 2/24.
Its going to an all-inclusive resort, I have to really start working on some self control. Any suggestions???? I know they won't have FAGE yogurt there.
I guess I can eat eggs, or egg whites.......
I would appreciate any suggestions.

That is awesome!!!!! You are really doing a great job!!! Don't forget to measure yourself at the rate you are going you have probably already lost more inches than me! YOU GO GIRL!!!!!! Never look bac****xcept to remind yourself of how bad it was and that you NEVER want to go back!) LOL! OOOOOOXO
