Breakfast 1/2 grapefruit 1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute 1 cup Rolling Oats cereal 1+ cups 1% milk 1 mug coffee 2 cups water Lunch 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese 1 cup heated green beans with 1 tsp. margarine 2 slices toasted 7-grain bread with 1 tsp. margarine 1 peach or 1/4 cup prunes 6 oz. low sugar, nonfat yogurt with fruit 2 cups water Dinner 2 oz. tilapia filet on griddle 2/3 cups brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine 1 can no salt mixed vegetables 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce Crystal Light peach ice tea Evening Snack 1/2 cup no sugar, low fat ice cream Denise Phares
