Frigid Sunday - Abstinence Day 2
Breakfast
2 pieces french toast (made with 7-grain bread and real eggs), light syrup and margarine
1/2 cup orange juice
1+ cups 1% milk
1 mug hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
Toasted cheese sandwich (made with 7-grain bread and 2 slices cheese)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 can vegetable soup
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken (leg and wing)
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
17 grapes
1 can New England clam chowder
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
2 graham crackers
Since we didn't go to church today, it was easier to remain abstinent. My sponsor told me to think of a weekend day as just another abstinent day, instead of an excuse to deviate from my food plan with fast food and junk food. So I did just that!

Congratulations on a well planned and executed day. I know what you mean about avoiding those deviation days. By the way, which program are you on that gives you a sponsor? I've thought about joining Weigh****chers just so I could have some form of public weigh-in accountability to keep me motivated during my low moments.
