Breakfast 1 large plain bagel with peanut butter 1+ cups 1% milk 1 banana 1 mug hazelnut coffee 2 cups water Lunch 2 slices toasted whole grain bread with 2 slices cheese melted on them 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 2 cups water Dinner 1 thigh leftover Moroccan-spiced chicken 1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine 1 can vegetable soup 1/2 can pineapple chunks Crystal Light peach ice tea Evening Snack 3 cups popcorn 2 cups water Denise Phares

Nice job, D! Talked to my maw in Northern Ill - she said it was below zero!!!! BBBRRRR Food for me: 80 cal hi pro cappacino 150 cal hi pro bar 6 oz activa yogurt + 13g soy protein + 1 c strawberries 1.5 svg tortilla chips + lt sour cream (3 T) 1/2 sunbutter sandwich on whole grain bread Tonight: grilled salmon, cauli/potato casserole 3 gin diet tonic (on #1 now!)

the salmon was waaay too fishy for me, so i ate very little. Ate 1/2 c cauli casserole, 1 c coleslaw with low fat dressing. had another gin/diet tonic
