2 slices toasted whole grain bread with 2 slices cheese melted on them
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups water
Dinner
1 thigh leftover Moroccan-spiced chicken
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 can pineapple chunks
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
3 cups popcorn
2 cups water

80 cal hi pro cappacino
150 cal hi pro bar
6 oz activa yogurt + 13g soy protein + 1 c strawberries
1.5 svg tortilla chips + lt sour cream (3 T)
1/2 sunbutter sandwich on whole grain bread
Tonight: grilled salmon, cauli/potato casserole
3 gin diet tonic (on #1 now!)
