Broke abstinence - will start again tomorrow

Breakfast 1 orange 1-1/4 cups Kix cereal 1+ cups 1% milk 1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute 1 mug coffee 2 cups water Mid-morning snack (broke abstinence) 1 large Slimfast bar Lunch (overate - again broke abstinence) 2 Arby Melts Medium curly fries Medium lemonade Cherry turnover Dinner Steak on griddle Small baked potato with 1 tsp. margarine 1 can vegetable soup 17 grapes Crystal Light peach ice tea Evening Snack 1 Slim A Bear no sugar, low fat ice cream sandwich Denise Phares I have to forgive myself. I was so hungry when I came home from work this morning. Also, we couldn't afford any more than the 5 items for $5.95 at Arby's for lunch. DP

Way to chin up. I had a rather hi-cal night last night myself. Not sure why, not over analyzing it. Moving on. I finished off DH's general chicken - about 1/2 c, about a cup of fried rice/noodle mixture. Then i ate 3 cashew roccas. Otherwise, had had a good day.
