Abstinence - Day 4
Breakfast
1 cup Cream of Wheat
1+ cups 1% milk
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 banana
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 pita breads with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 slices turkey lunchmeat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. salad dressing
1 apple
6 oz. low sugar, nonfat yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
1-1/4 cups leftover chili
1/8 cornbread with 1 tsp. margarine
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
Diet root beer
In case anybody wondered, I am on a 1600-calorie diabetic food plan. I need to lose around 180 pounds. I will be doing my monthly weigh-in this coming Saturday, February 3, 2007. Wish me luck!
