Breakfast 1 cup raisin bran 1+ cups 1% milk 1/2 grapefruit 1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute 1 mug coffee 2 cups water Lunch 2 pita breads with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. salad dressing 1/2 pear 6 oz. low sugar, non fat yogurt with fruit 2 cups water Dinner Leftover Moroccan-Spiced Chicken (1 thigh) 2/3 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine 1 can vegetable soup 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 1-1/2 cups 1% milk Evening Snack 1/2 cup no sugar, low fat ice cream Denise Phares
