it's all the rage....
so i have invested in a free one week trial of weigh****chers online. has anyone ever done it? i haven't done weigh****chers since i was about 12 years old and they used exchanges. i've never even been to a meeting. was researching the whole meeting thing when i came across the free trial, so i signed up. i have to admit that the online tools are pretty cool.
does anyone out there do points? i am skeptical about them because they only care about fat and fiber and not protein or anything else. so high protein things i eat are lots of points. definitely an adjustment for me since i'm used to just looking at only calories. i thought it might also help me to not be so obessive about calories since "points" are somewhat more ambiguous. i also balencelogged my food on both these days just for comparison and they came out at 1450 and 1570 respectively.
i don't know. anyone out there who is a big WW believer?

It is easy. I have not been for about 5 years, but it was points then, still is. The weigh ins are pretty important for me, so i will commit to 2x monthly at least. Weekly bugs me, my weight is so freakin irritating. 5# down, 3# up, it kind of makes me freak that way. I guess that's a persoanl problem i need to work on.
i too have seen the online tools and like them. I think I am going for the 3D meetings, and use online tools. I'm not sure it is WW online per se, going next week to find out about it.
