Breakfast
1 cup Rolling Oats cereal
1+ cups 1% milk
1 banana
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 pita breads with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, and 1 tsp. salad dressing
1 apple
6 oz. low sugar, non fat yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
1-1/2 cups leftover chili
1/8 cornbread with 1 tsp. margarine
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
Diet root beer
