Breakfast 1 orange 1 cup oatmeal 1+ cups 1% milk 1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute 1 mug coffee 2 cups water Lunch 2 pita breads with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 slices turkey lunchmeat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. salad dressing 1/2 pear 6 oz. low sugar, low fat yogurt with fruit 2 cups water Dinner Leftover Moroccan-Spiced Chicken (1 thigh) 2/3 cups brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine 1 can vegetable soup 1/2 can pineapple chunks Crystal Light peach ice tea or diet root beer Denise Phares
