1/2 pear
6 oz. low sugar, low fat yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
Leftover Moroccan-Spiced Chicken (1 thigh)
2/3 cups brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 can pineapple chunks
Crystal Light peach ice tea or diet root beer
