Broke my abstinence!
Breakfast
4 buckwheat pancakes with margarine and light syrup
1 scrambled egg
1+ cups 1% milk
3/4 cups orange juice (already a deviation - supposed to be 1/2 cup)
1 mug Hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Snack
cookies and brownie - broke my abstinence here!
Lunch (deviation from plan!)
Medium chocolate frosty
Bacon cheeseburger
Small chili with crackers
Medium fries
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can clam chowder
17 grapes
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
2 graham crackers (deviation f rom plan!)

It ain't broke, just got bent a little! Besides, if it was broke the word "tomorrow" will fix it!
I screwed up earlier today, too. But tonight I just had salad w/ Salad Spritzer on it. Love that stuff. My plan is tomorrow to go to the gym for the 1st time. Even if it's only for a little while to get back in the swing of exersize.
Those little sad faces should be gone "tomorrow"!
