Sixth day of abstinence
Breakfast
1 whole grain English muffin with margarine
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 banana
1+ cups 1% milk
1 mug hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
1+ cups cornmeal mush with 1% milk
1 toasted cheese sandwich with 7 grain bread and 2 slices cheese
1 large Slimfast bar
1 glass water
Dinner
2 fried chicken thighs, mildly spicy
1 cup mashed potatoes with mildly spicy gravy
Small coleslaw
1 biscuit
1 large fruit punch
Evening Snack
Popcorn
1 large Slimfast bar
2 cups water

I have peeked in at your daily successes, and glad you're here, reporting and seeming to be strong. Way to be accountable!
I have been out of town, but if anyone cares, they can read my blog to get an overview of how I did while i was gone last weekend. Long story short, i did not have too much damage control to do. Worst thing was drinkning 3 of 4 nights gone, but only like 2-4 drinks. One dessert, wholly, and one bite of a dessert on last Sunday.
the rest of the week was back to business as usual: daily exercise of 50-70 minutes (walking mainly), stayed within 1400-1600 calories daily.
Friday night, DH and I went out to pizza - a trigger food for me - but I had great success. i had two pieces at dinner (thin crust), with some beer. One piece after our movie with 1 c nf milk.
Today, Saturday:
Food: 1/4 of a large omelet that DH made and could not eat. it had some white beans, pasta in it, no cheese, but it was real eggs.
bariatric foods every couple hours, 2 servings
2 full size pieces celery with soft cheese
vodka with Talking Rain - 3-4 drinks (on my first one now!)
tonight: grilled tuna with bacon on it, noodles, cabbage slaw with rice vinegar and light mayo dressing
Exercise: light gardening, 4 hours (clipping bushes, sweeping, weeding, planting seeds), some light housework 1 hour, and a 1/2 hour leisurely bike ride. I'm tired.
