Fifth day of abstinence
I refer to my food plan as abstinence, since it involves refraining from compulsive overeating and just sticking to three healthy meals a day. I'm in Overeaters Anonymous.
Breakfast
1 orange
1-1/4 cups Kix cereal
1+ cups 1% milk
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 pita breads with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice cheese, and 1 tsp. salad dressing
1/2 pear
6 oz. low sugar, low fat yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
2 oz. pork chop
Small baked yam with 1 tsp. margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 can pineapple chunks
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1 Slim A Bear no sugar, low fat ice cream sandwich
