1/2 pear
6 oz. low fat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
Leftover pot roast
1 cup whole wheat pasta
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 cup pineapple chunks from can
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1/2 cup no sugar, low fat ice cream
