1 cup Rolling Oats (like Cheerios)
1+ cups 1% milk
1 banana
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 pita breads with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 thin slices turkey lunch meat, and 1 tsp. salad dressing
1 apple
6 oz. low fat yogurt with fruit (no sugar)
2 cups water
Dinner
2 oz. Moroccan Chicken Thighs (1 thigh)
2/3 cups brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1/2 cup light fruit ****tail
1 can vegetable soup
Crystal Light peach ice tea
By the way, this a a 1600-calorie, diabetic food plan.
