Abstinence at last!
This is my first abstinent day since November 2006:
Breakfast
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 orange
1 cup oatmeal
1+ cups 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 pita breads with 3 slices tomato, raw spinach, 1 tsp. salad dressing, and six very thin slices of turkey lunchmeat
1/2 pear
6 oz. low fat yogurt with fruit, artificially sweetened
2 cups water
Dinner
2 oz. tilapia filet
2/3 cups brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1 can mixed no salt vegetables
17 grapes
Crystal Light peach ice tea
