How did you do today? (Sunday)
Hi all,
Still don't know where Neecee is, so I'm going to do an accountability post. So far today I've had the following:
Breakfast - Zone Perfect protein bar
Brunch - Zone Perfect protein bar
Lunch - Schwan's mini diet pizza (280 cals)
The problem is I ate lunch so late that I'm not that hungry for dinner yet, and I always try to eat that around 6:00. I was going to eat my usual giant Caesar salad for dinner, but I just don't feel that empty yet. Could be cause I've already gotten in 100 oz. of water today. Doing better on that count. So I guess I may just have a snack for dinner like some apricots, unsalted nuts, or cheese.
Just finished my second treadmill session which put me slightly over 5 miles today, same as yesterday. We have a blanket of sleet a couple inches deep outside, so I didn't end up driving to the gym after all. I guess I'll go tomorrow at 4:30 when I drop Caitlin off at Sylvan.
Anyway, sending good vibes out to all of you who are fighting the good fight. We shall overcome one day at a time.

food:
egg beater omelet with shallot, fresh spinach, 1/2 oz swiss
atkins bar
hi pro hot chocolate, big banana
1/2 c salsa, 1 svg chips, 1/3 c cottage cheese, 4 crackers
1 piece celery w/ cheese spread, 1 oz almonds
4 oz baked chicken
1/2 c wild rice/mushrooms
1 c steam cauli
Exercise: 2 hour bike ride, 1/2 hour of that with DH. The rest, all me on the big hills. Went pretty fast!
