Accountability for January 9th
Hello everyone! How has your day been so far and what do you plan to keep going thru the rest of the afternoon into the evening?
Breakfast - MR Protein shake
Workout - 20 mins Cardio, 10 minutes arm weights, 5 minute jog, 16 oz Gatorade
Lunch - Tuna fish, 2 oz Shrimp, 32 oz water
1st snack will be Egg Substitute and FF yogurt
2nd snack will be half cup FF cottage cheese
Dinner will be AdvantEdge Carb Control shake
Exercise will be an added hr walk

Grats on a good day!
Anyway, here's my plan for the day:
Breakfast - Ate 7 fish sticks left over from the kids (I have a daughter who loves them for breakfast. )
Brunch - Low-fat string cheese
Lunch - Lean Cuisine Swedish Meatball meal
Afternoon Snack - 1 cheese-stuffed breadstick
Dinner - either a Schwan's low-cal chicken pizza (280 cals) or one of their little turkey mignon steaks
I'm heading to the treadmill right now for 50 min and am actually considering doing it again this evening before bedtime. We'll see how much energy I have by then. Have only gotten 36 oz. of water in this morning, so I'm going to pick that up for the afternoon/evening.

Hello everyone.........
Today I ate:
breakfast - yogurt &
large portion of oatmeal
lunch - ww bread with a fried egg with zucchini
dinner - soup
*tonight I licked 2 spoons of Nutella (have you ever tried it??? DON'T do it!)

I went to that specialist yesterday -- they took my blood and an EKG-
I have a consultation with the Doctor on Thursday.
I'll keep you posted.
The office staff seemed sweet and the nurse is also a patient, she lost 78lbs this past year...... I got a good vibe from this place.
