Little wow moment
At church I was talking to a sister and when she turned around she was like "Wow what did you do? You have lost a lot! You look good. Tell me your secret!"
That made me feel really good because even though I know i have lost weight because of my clothes getting big.....I don't see it when I look in the mirror.

Congratulations on your WOW moment. I find a lot of my motivation in moments like that. 
And of course you look different. It's so very hard for us to see it in ourselves. Every morning I have to pass by my bathroom mirror which shows from about the upper thighs up. All I ever mostly see is all the remaining fat. Even with my husband constantly telling me how good I look at this point, my first thought is always that he's just being nice...that he can't really mean what he's saying. I just think there's so much mental and emotional scarring from years of being obese that we have very distorted perceptions of ourselves, almost like an anorexic that sees fat when there is none.
So from now on, believe what your clothes are telling you...you are losing weight...you are smaller...and you do look better and healthier. I just wish there was a way for our minds to keep pace with our bodies.

Congratulations! It takes a while for our brains to catch up to our weight loss. I hope you enjoy all of those compliments to come!
