Congrats!!!! The end of December was a total mess for me!!! A combination of Christmas and PMS!!!! I am not too happy right now but I am not about to start downing myself. Time to get up off the ground and do right.

Hiya Alisha, Yeah, I'm all bloated up like a balloon right now with PMS water weight even though the scale is reading lower. Plus, the sugar alcohols don't really agree with my digestive system, and I had a few too many yesterday in a different kind of protein bar than I usually eat. It produced so much gas that my abdomen looked like someone had inflated it. And yep, it's not what we've done that matters; it's what we're going to do today, tomorrow, and the next day. Too many of us fall into that trap that if you fall off the wagon that means you should completely relapse. I'm motivated and ready to go. We're all here for motivation and to motivate others so Happy NEW Years! Let's make it a good one. Julie

Hi Julie Congrats on getting back on track. I think the holidays are pretty tempting for us all. I went to visit my mother for christmas and I had a bad cold. SHe loaded me full of all the old fashion fattening southern home remedies lol. Like dee said, it's always a great thing to recognize things that cause you to over eat. Good luck Cam
