I am 43 years old 2 grown kids and I wanted wls soooo bad, but I have been doing pretty good at losing this time and I am getting help from a nutritionist so I am going to try this one more time. It has been a little better this time with help from the message boards that I have been on. It is really nice to talk to people that have been there. so I just wanted to say hello and I plan to post here more often Marianne

Hi Marianna and welcome! Everyone on this forum is very support and so many are succesful long term non ops. I feel that you are doing the right thing by giving the non surgical route your all before doing wls. I know that for me personally, once i started going to a personal trainer weekly and meeting with a nutritionist biweekly, I have seen better results than I have from the months I was doing it on my own. I wish you well.

Hi Marianne, nice to see another friendly face on this board. I'm curious how much is the nutritionist helping you, I've never been to one but will consider it when I hit a long plateau to help me adjust my diet. Skylar
