Hi Im new

Well I am on this board, but I normally hang out on the WLS boards. The thing is, I thought about WLS and I am going through the Kaiser 6 month option classes at the moment. Tonight we were told that if we want to do the optifast alone we can but the price is so silly, why is it so dear?? I would much rather lose the weight normally other than surgery. Thanks Myra
