What is your suggestion
I like my herbalife total control. Works for me. I also think certain things "set" my cravings off. If I have one of those 100 calorie oreo packs I feel like binging. I am wither an all or nothing person. So I choose to not eat any of it. Once a week (sometimes I will go for two weeks) I have a splurge day. I allow myself to eat whatever. I have noticed though I do not do well the next day stomach wise so I probably should give it up. LOL!!
