Monthly weigh-in
I weighed myself on Saturday morning, October 7, and I found I had gained a pound from last month. I know I need to cut out pizza altogether, since it is a binge food for me. Also, I cut my ice cream serving in half. I need to make healthier food choices, and eventually, to switch food plans to one with less food. I don't feel ready for the last change, however.

There is something to be said for maintaining a weight, regardless of whether it is the one you want or not. The up and down yo yo effect can be harmful. You are conscious of what you are doing, that is the very first step.
People ask me how I lost my weight. I answer in one way. Choices. Conscious every day choices. Every single time I think of putting something in my mouth I look at it and ask if I am really hungry and do I really want it. If the answer is yes, then I eat it. If not then I don't. It's about choices, making them every single time.
Good luck and continue to figure it all out, the journey will continue to rest of our lives, remember that.
