News from Denise

Early this morning, my Dad died. I saw him all day yesterday, with breaks for lunch and dinner. My brother was there, and he entertained him by playing his guitar and singing. My Dad did his best to sing along. He smiled several times, and my Mom looked well. He had a bit of chocolate milkshake. I'm glad his last day alive was a happy day. I did not regret going, for I got to say goodbye before he died, and kiss him on the head. Denise Phares
