I am still on this stupid plateau. It's been about a month - month and a half? On the plus side, I've dropped several inches since I hit the plateau, which is more exciting to me than seeing the scale go down. The size 11 Juniors pants that I bought in July are now too big for me. I am now wearing Junior's Size 9 pants!! Also, I bought some size 8's from Old Navy... and probably could've fit into some 6's. I still have more to lose, but I'll wait for my body to catch up.

CJ,
Take it from an expert. Plateaus DO break!!!!! Finally after what seems like a hundred years, the scale is moving again. Back when I got back from NC on July 14 I briefly saw the number 211. Remember that? Well that was after a week of progressive dehydration and not eating nearly as much as I should, being away from home. The next day it was immediately up to 215, then the next to 217, where it stayed for an outrageously long time.
At the beginning of the week it started creeping down and this morning I stepped on and it was 211!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay me. So that mark of 200 is progressively getting rather close, and that is exciting.
But like you the scale doesn't matter as much as the inches. I was able to buy a beautiful pair of size 14 pants and I even got into the 14 low rise jeans from Old Navy. I was unable to even get them up my thighs when I bought them. That being said, however, they are REALLY low rise and will probably only fit after my LBL in December. LOL
Believe me, CJ, it will move. Take it from a pro!!
