Hi Andrea,
Yes, I feel wonderful! I started my cardio on post op day #1 by walking one mile. By POD #3 I was up to 3 miles. I'm doing walking & my Leslie Sansone DVD's & I'm modifying the arm movments. He cleared me to resume my lower body workouts tomorrow & light weights but in moderation. I use 12lb dumbells but he said I can start with 5 lbs. I'm hoping that I'll be back in my old routine by 4 weeks out.
I did take pain meds for the first 3 days but that was really just to avoid pain, even though I wasn't feeling any pain. Does that make sense? I was afraid if I didn't take anything, I might actually hurt, lol.
I am quite sure this experience has spoiled me for my tt & arms. I know that recovering from that won't be a piece of cake!
Take care,
Juli
Juli!
Yay for you!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so so happy for you. It sounds like you are doing amazingly well. I know you don't have e-mail so you will only read this when you get back on. But I wanted you to know that you have excited me for my procedures.
I will keep you updated. Good luck and speedy recovery.

Hi Donna,
I'm so excited for you! I can't wait to hear how well your arms do. For some reason, that is the one procedure I'm apprehensive about & I'm not entirely sure why. Not that it'll stop me though, lol!
Take care,
Juli
