She's back! (at least for today)
Greetings, my lovely nonops.
Sorry to have been away from OH for so long. I've been crazy busy, with work and taking care of my increasingly frail mother consuming much of my time.
Add to that my training to be an aerobics instructor (I'm halfway through) and continuing to pummel my yard into shape (I finally beat back a tree stump that I've been working for four months to remove), and my active lifestyle doesn't leave much time for visiting with my OH peeps.
I hope everyone continues to move to lose (and maintain). Today, I did 45 minutes step aerobics.

Hey Kasey!!!
It's so great to see you back here. You were a big motivation for this non-op board, I'm glad you haven't dropped off the face of the earth!
I hope your mother is doing as well as she possibly can. That's fantastic that you are going to be an aerobics instructor, I know you were looking forward to doing something like that.
I'm still at the same old same old. I have thought about you often when I realized my body was settling in around 215-220. I didn't love it but I remembered you saying that it was where your body felt comfortable. I have plastics scheduled for this month and another procedure for December or March. I'm hoping for 200 but very happy where I am ending up!
Please don't be a stranger!
Donna
I still lurk around
I am still entertaining PS.......... looking at knockout Lynette makes we want to do it in a heartbeat I cannot wait to hear about your experience !!!!!!!
My son has one more year in college and then I will do more research.
You are doing a great job Donna in spite of the plateau. Don't let that get you down.......... Just look at the vet's above....... girl. You are awesome !!!!!!!!!
