Breakfast 1 cup oatmeal 1+ cups 1% milk 1 orange 1/2 cup egg substitute Coffee 2 cups water AM Snack 8 oz. low fat yogurt with fruit 2 cups water Lunch 1 cup low fat cottage cheese with 3 Tbsps. sugar free preserves 1 cup heated green beans with 1 Tbsp. melted margarine 4 graham crackers 1 peach 2 cups water Dinner Rotisserie chicken leg, wing, & tail with skin 1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine 1/4 cantaloupe 1 can New England clam chowder 1-1/2 cups 1% milk Evening Snack 2 cake donuts Denise Phares - still abstinent, now going into my fourth week!
