Saying goodbye

Today I said goodbye to my Mom and Dad, who are leaving to go live in an assisted living facility in Columbus, Ohio. Saturday, July 15, 2006 Breakfast 1 multi-grain English muffin with margarine 1/2 cup egg substitute 1 banana 1+ cups 1% milk Hazelnut coffee 2 cups water Lunch 2 Arby's regular roast beef sandwiches 1 medium curly fries 1 medium jamocha milkshake 1 cherry turnover Dinner Leftover Burgundy Stew 1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine 1 cup grapes Crystal Light peach ice tea Evening Snack 1 medium box Raisinettes (with DVDs) 2 cups water Still abstinent!
