1+ cups 1% milk
1 orange
1/2 cup egg substitute
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
8 oz. low fat yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Lunch
6 oz. homemade tuna salad with fat free mayo
Spinach, tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms
2 Tbsps. light ranch dressing
4 Tbsps. low fat shredded cheese
4 graham crackers
1 peach
2 sugar free gelatin cups
2 cups water
Dinner
6 oz. steak on griddle
Baked white potato with 2 tsps. margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1 cup grapes
Diet root beer
Evening Snack
1/2 cup sugar free, low fat ice cream
