1 cup Cream of Wheat
1+ cups 1% milk
1 banana
2 eggs scrambled with 1 slice cheese
Coffee (with new coffee pot)
2 cups water
AM Snack
8 oz. low fat yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Lunch
Salad with spinach, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, and baby carrots
2 Tbsps. light ranch dressing
4 Tbsps. low fat shredded cheese
4 oz. tofu, browned & seasoned
1 apple
4 graham crackers
1 sugar free gelatin cup
2 cups water
Dinner
Tuna Noodle Dish (includes tuna, noodles, pimentos, and peas)
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1-1/2 cups milk
Still abstinent!
