Monday, July 10 Breakfast 1 cup oatmeal 1+ cups 1% milk 1 orange 1/2 cup egg substitute Coffee 2 cups water AM Snack 8 oz. low fat yogurt with fruit 2 cups water Lunch 1 cup cottage cheese with 3 Tbsps. sugar free preserves 1 cup mixed vegetables with 1 Tbsp. melted margarine 1 peach 2 sugar free gelatin cups 4 graham crackers 2 cups water Dinner* Leftover fried chicken wings 2 servings homemade cornbread with 2 tsps. margarine 1 can vegetable soup 1/2 cup light fruit ****tail Crystal Light peach ice tea Denise Phares - still abstinent!
