Change of plans
When there is a sudden change of plans from what I originally intended to eat, I make sure I write it down on my food log, and that way, I don't break my abstinence!
Saturday, July 8
Breakfast
1 whole wheat bagel with 2 Tbsps. peanut butter
1 banana
1+ cups 1% milk
Hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 Arby's roast beef sandwiches
1 small curly fry
1 small jamocha shake
1 cherry turnover
Dinner
3 pieces fried chicken
3 Jo-Jo potatoes
1 container hot sauce with rice
2 rolls with butter and apple butter
2 glasses milk
Dessert
1/2 a Hershey bar with almonds
1/2 a bottle of cold water
