Today my husband is working an overtime from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Breakfast
1 cup corn flakes
1+ cups 1% milk
1 orange
1/2 cup egg substitute
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
8 oz. Breyer's Probiotic Yogurt
2 cups water
Lunch
Salad with spinach, carrots, mushrooms, and tomatoes
2 Tbsps. light ranch dressing
4 Tbsps. low fat shredded mozzarella cheese
6 oz. homemade tuna salad
4 graham crackers
2 sugar free gelatin cups
1 peach
2 cups water
Dinner
1 bowl Nothing-To-It Chili
2 servings homemade cornbread
2 tsps. margarine
1 cup cherries
Diet root beer
Evening Snack
1 Slim-A-Bear low fat, no sugar ice cream sandwich
1 week, five days of abstinence!
