1/2 cup egg substitute, cooked with 1 slice cheese
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
8 oz. Breyer's Probiotic Yogurt
2 cups water
Lunch
Salad, with spinach, baby carrots, mushrooms, and grape tomatoes
2 Tbsps. fat free ranch dressing
4 Tbsps. low fat shredded cheese
4 oz. browned & seasoned tofu
4 graham crackers
2 small plums
2 sugar free gelatin cups
2 cups water
Dinner
2 crockpot chicken thighs
1 cup brown rice with 2 tsps. margarine
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 can chunky vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
