1 orange
1/2 cup egg substitute
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
8 oz. Breyer's Probiotic Yogurt
2 cups water
Lunch
Homemade tuna salad, with black pepper, tuna, Morton Lite Salt, onion flakes, and lemon juice
Salad, with baby spinach, baby carrots, mushrooms, and grape tomatoes
4 Tbsps. fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsps. fat free ranch dressing
2 sugar free Jello cups
4 graham crackers
1 peach
2 cups water
Dinner
Steak on griddle
Baked white potatoes with margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1/4 cantaloupe
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1 no sugar, low fat ice cream sandwich
This is my 5th full day of abstinence. I hope to get through the weekend without breaking it. Wish me luck!
