1 cup Cream of Wheat
1+ cups 1% milk
1 banana
1/2 cup egg substitute prepared with 1 slice of cheese, melted in it
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
8 oz. Breyer's Probiotic Yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Lunch
Salad with baby spinach, baby carrots, mushrooms, and grape tomatoes
2 Tbsps. fat free ranch dressing
4 Tbsps. shredded fat free mozzarella cheese
4 oz. browned & seasoned tofu
1 sugar free Jello cup
1 apple
4 graham crackers
2 cups water
Dinner
Special Chicken Cacciatore dish (in crockpot)
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup brown rice with 2 tsps. margarine
Crystal Light peach ice tea
I'm not sure I've ever tried the chicken cacciatore meal. I'm looking forward to it.
