Lunch
Salad, with baby spinach, baby carrots, grape tomatoes, and mushrooms
2 Tbsps. fat free ranch dressing
4 Tbsps. fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz. browned and seasoned tofu
4 graham crackers
1 sugar free Jello cup
2 plums
2 cups water
Dinner
Hamburger Rice casserole
1 cup unsweetened applesauce or 1/4 cantaloupe
1+ cups 1% milk
