Doing well
Yesterday when I prepared the rotisserie chicken for heating, I ate the skin off the breasts and back of the chicken. I have always done this in the past, but I am beginning to question whether this is just another example of compulsive eating behavior. I save the breasts for my husband's lunch.
Monday, June 26
Breakfast
1 cup oatmeal
1+ cups 1% milk
1 orange
1/2 cup egg substitute
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
8 oz. Breyer's Probiotic Yogurt with fruit (low sugar, low fat)
2 cups water
Lunch
1 cup low fat cottage cheese with 3 Tbsps. sugar free preserves
1 cup heated green beans with 1 Tbsp. margarine
4 graham crackers
1 peach
1 sugar free Jello cup
2 cups water
Dinner
4 oz. tilapia filet
1 cup brown rice with 2 tsps. margarine
1 can no salt mixed vegetables
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Since I broke my abstinence on Saturday, and am suspicious about Sunday, this is probably my first real day of abstinence since the weekend.
