Toasted whole grain cheese sandwich with 2 slices cheese
1 can vegetable soup
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 sugar free Jello cups
2 cups water
Dinner
Leftover crockpot chicken
1 cup brown rice with 2 tsps. margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 cup light fruit ****tail, drained and rinsed
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
2 Slimfast Muffin Bars
2 cups water
