True sixth day of abstinence

Breakfast
3 pieces french toast, with 12 grain bread
1 cup orange juice
1+ cups 1% milk
Hazelnut coffee
1/4 cup honey
2 cups water
AM Snack*
Coffee
Lunch
1 toasted cheese sandwich, with 2 slices cheese
1 can vegetable soup
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1/2 cup light fruit ****tail, drained & rinsed
1 can New England clam chowder
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
6 tiny low sugar brownie cookies
Yesterday I allowed myself to get too hungry by lunchtime, so we ate out at Big Boy restaurant instead of my fixing lunch at home. I broke my abstinence yesterday.
*I was able to only drink coffee today at the coffee hour after our church service, while my husband had coffee, cookies, and pound cake. I didn't even feel deprived!
