Good Morning Everyone!
I had a pretty good week. The heat makes it VERY easy to get in all the water, and not crave "bad" food... I have a feeling that this is going to be a VERY good summer! I dropped two more pounds this week, virtually effortlessly!!
So here it goes... time for SATURDAY STATS...
***CURRENT: 155!!
Starting: 250
As of 1/1/06: 188

-2 lbs since last week
-33 lbs since Jan 1
-95 lbs total
-5 LBS away from the CENTURY MARK!!!!!!!!!!
-15 lbs away from GOAL!
Have a great weekend everyone!!!

Thank you Phyllis!
I am 5'4"... I think that puts my BMI at 26.6 or something like that??? I want to be in the "normal" range... which is really tough being so short. Taller people are allowed to weigh more??? I have a small bone structure but alot of "natural muscle" tone... so it makes me kinda "thick" or solid. Someone actually said to me this weekend that I'm looking very "lean" lately... which I'd rather be lean than be "skinny".

Oh okay, you are closing in on normal, I am 5'5 150 and my bmi 24.9 (normal)and at this point, I am done !!!!!!!!!!!! 150-155 is good enough for me.........
I have found out that you have to find a weight that is maintainable also......... I use to want to go down to 145...... but my my body has given me the stop light !!!!!!!!
I have a lot of toning to do, really need PS bad !!!!!!!!!!
My family and friends are soooooooo happy that I am holding steady now
In any event, keep up the good work !!!!!!!!
